I work in a pharmacy, my work area is right next to the Drive-thru window. You would not believe the number of people who sit at the window, engine idling, waiting for a prescription to be filled. We are talking 10 minutes minimum. We don't have anything under the lights already cooked and ready to go, y'know. We also have people trying to order items form the Taco Bell next door, which is almost as smart. I sort of agree with those that say the smaller dining areas in restaurants help out as well.
