Here’s going green idea that may or may not interest you… I guess it all depends on how far you really want  to go. My family and I just went down to the park a few blocks away, and we didn’t really go there to play ball, or frisbee, ” Although, we do spend time there doing all sorts of stuff like that!

We went there to give a helping hand towards cleaning the debri in the stream that runs directly through the park. And also pick-up some garbage that ” I can’t believe in this day and age…We still have litter bugs!!” Anyway, we couldn’t cover a whole lot of ground it’s a pretty large park. But, we managed to put atleast a dent into it!

Plus we had ourselves a little barbecue after we had gotten a little tired and decided just to kick back fro awhile before heading home.

Well, the point here is this… If we all just decided to make a day like this, I believe we really can make a difference even though at time it may seem like a never ending battle “And quite frankly it is” But, in my eyes doing nothing is even worst!!”

You know, you can even “Quick Hint…” Go to your local businesses and ask if they would like to donate money or even tools so you can get the job done much quiker! You would be surprised at how many businesses are so willing to get onboard with this great cause!

If you really want to get into it…” Not sure if i’m ready for this one!’ But, if you have absolutely no reservations… You can even call your local papernor better yet your favorite local TV news team, and invite them down to record the event! ” That would be awesome!! ”

And ofcourse before doing really any of this…You might want to give the parks department the heads-up, and make sure your not breaking any laws. But, we have never had any issues of park personnel running us out of the park for cleaning it up a bit.
